Shipping policy

Processing time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces, like our handmade inlay mirrors and frames, are crafted just for you and ship within 2–4 weeks.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping. Because ChicNest partners with small makers and brands, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders: To get gifts in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 10. Made-to-order items should be ordered by November 15.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, email us at hello@chicnest.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
