Refund policy

We want you to love your ChicNest finds! If something isn't right, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Final sale items (not returnable unless damaged or defective): made-to-order and personalized pieces; opened beauty, skincare and hair products; swimwear, pajamas and loungewear; tea, food and pet food; and candles that have been burned.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return: Email hello@chicnest.net with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please don't mail items back without contacting us first, since returns may go to different makers.

Return shipping: Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
